Refund policy
I am trying to make objects you want to keep.
But if something isn't right for you, send it back. A return shipping label is included with your order because I would rather make returning something easy than have it sit unused in a drawer—or eventually end up in a landfill.
And when something you bought from Make Savage reaches the end of its useful life, I want it back then, too.
Wear the shirt out. Use the pouch until it can't be used anymore. Let the things you own show evidence of having lived with you. Then send them home.
My hands touch everything that leaves Make Savage, and whenever possible, I want them to touch it again at the end. Materials that still have something left to give can become patches, samples, experiments, packaging, or something I haven't thought of yet.
Mastery isn't perfection. It's attention, practice, repair, adaptation, and the willingness to keep working with what you have.
Buy fewer things. Choose them deliberately. Use them well. Keep them as long as you can. And when you're finished with something I've made, let me see what I can make of it next.
